Security Forces Eliminate Eight Militants in North Waziristan Operation

North Waziristan: In a recent military operation conducted in the Razmak area of North Waziristan District, security forces engaged in a heavy exchange of fire with militants, resulting in the death of eight individuals identified as members of the Khwarij group. The operation, based on intelligence reports, targeted these militants due to their involvement in terrorist activities and the target killing of innocent civilians.

According to Inter Services Public Relations, the operation took place during the night of September 25th to 26th, following reports of the presence of Khwarij in the area. The ensuing gun battle saw the elimination of eight militants, a group that has been actively involved in acts of terrorism against security personnel and civilians alike.

In addition to neutralizing the immediate threat, security forces recovered weapons and ammunition from the deceased militants, further crippling the operational capabilities of the Khwarij in the region. The military is currently conducting a thorough sanitization of the area to root out any remaining elements of the group and ensure the safety of the local populace.

The operation is part of a broader effort by security forces to eradicate the menace of terrorism from the country, demonstrating a firm resolve in dealing with groups that threaten the peace and security of the nation.
