Islamabad, The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has initiated its first four-day Professional Development Course at the Federal Judicial Academy. This training aims to enhance the expertise of SECP officers in various legal and regulatory fields.
According to Press Information Department, the course covers significant areas such as the scope of company law, powers of inspection and investigation, and other legal nuances critical to the roles of SECP officers. Distinguished speakers including Hon’ble Mr. Jawad Hassan and Hon’ble Mr. Justice Yousuf Ali Sayeed among others will lead the sessions. The program is designed to benefit 30 officers from different SECP sections including adjudication, supervision, and legal affairs, fostering a deeper understanding of their responsibilities.
