SCO Foreign Ministers Convene in Astana to Set Stage for Heads of States Council Meeting

Islamabad, The Council of Foreign Ministers of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) is currently meeting in Astana, Kazakhstan, with comprehensive discussions focused on preparations for the upcoming SCO Heads of States Council meeting in July.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar represents Pakistan at the gathering, which includes foreign ministers from all SCO member states, the SCO Secretary-General, and the Director of the SCO Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure Executive Committee. The agenda primarily revolves around ensuring that all necessary arrangements are in place for the Heads of States meeting, reflecting the significance of the event in fostering regional cooperation and dialogue among the member countries.
