KARACHI: The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has received a second tranche amounting to $1.023 billion from the International Monetary Fund (IMF). This disbursement is part of the ongoing Extended Fund Facility program.
According to the SBP, this amount will be reflected in the foreign exchange reserves for the week ending Friday, the 16th of this month. The infusion aims to support Pakistan’s economic framework amid ongoing fiscal challenges.
