Saudi Crown Prince Commits to Enhancing Ties with Pakistan

Riyadh, Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman has reiterated his commitment to bolstering the bilateral relationship with Pakistan. This affirmation came during a meeting with Pakistan’s Chief of Army Staff, General Asim Munir, amid his formal visit to Saudi Arabia.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the Crown Prince voiced the Kingdom’s unwavering support for Pakistan, reflecting on the enduring and brotherly relations shared between the two nations. He emphasized the historical solidarity and mutual backing characteristic of the Saudi-Pakistani alliance.

The visit also included meetings between General Munir and prominent Saudi figures such as Defence Minister Prince Khalid Bin Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Chief of General Staff of the Saudi Armed Forces, General Fayyadh Bin Hamed Al Ruwaili, among others. Discussions during these engagements centered on various issues of shared interest, notably regional peace and security, and collaboration in defence and security sectors.

General Munir expressed gratitude towards the Saudi leadership for their consistent support and warm regards towards Pakistan, highlighting the importance of these interactions in strengthening the bilateral ties between the two countries.
