Islamabad: A high-powered Saudi business delegation, led by Prince Mansour bin Mohammad Al Saud, met with the Prime Minister at the Prime Minister House, focusing on enhancing economic ties between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.
According to Press Information Department, the Prime Minister, accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar and other senior officials, welcomed the delegation, emphasizing the desire to elevate economic relations into a mutually beneficial partnership. The meeting follows a visit by Prince Mansour and the Saudi business delegation in October 2025, with hopes to advance discussions and formalize agreements in various sectors.
Prince Mansour expressed the Saudi government’s interest in increasing business-to-business engagement across multiple sectors, including ports, highways, energy, and information technology. The Prime Minister suggested exploring opportunities in agriculture and food security as additional areas for collaboration.
The Saudi delegation will continue its visit by holding discussions with key government and private sector partners to align with the vision of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, aiming to boost Saudi investments in Pakistan.
