Islamabad, January 25, 2022 (PPI-OT): Federal Minister Syed Ali Haider Zaidi welcomed Saudi Ambassador; H.E. Nawaf Bin Said-al-Malki in Ministry of Maritime Affairs, Islamabad. Matters of mutual interest were discussed in the meeting. Ambassador spoke about the interest of Saudi Investors in the maritime sector of Pakistan to gain immense mutual benefits.
H.E. Mr. Malki also emphasized on establishing economic ties with the Maritime sector of Pakistan. On which, Minister shared his vision of Blue Economy and apprised the Ambassador about all the recent Port developments and projects.
Minister highlighted the enormous opportunities in maritime sector of Pakistan. He reiterated that Pakistan is on the path of economic growth and have massive potential for investment. He underlined that Pakistan’s Blue Economy is opening new corridors for the progress and development not only in Pakistan but also offers huge investments opportunities to foreign investors. Minister showed gratitude to the Ambassador for the visit and assured all the support required from his ministry.
