Naseerabad, Deputy Commissioner Sahabpur Farida Tareen emphasized the need to ensure an adequate supply of drinking water to residents as temperatures soar. On a recent visit, Tareen also mandated the doorstep delivery of sanitary napkins, highlighting the focus on improving public health infrastructure.
According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, Tareen addressed the challenges faced by the water supply scheme in the district, emphasizing the necessity for officers to increase the efficiency of their departments. The directive came during a briefing from Executive Engineer Mubasher Hussain Khosa, who reported on employee attendance and ongoing issues within the water supply system. The visit included assessments of various phases of the project, signaling a proactive approach to tackle the escalating needs of Sahabpur residents amid one of the region’s hottest spells.
