Islamabad: Rwandan Foreign Minister Olivier Jean Patrick Nduhungirehe has commenced discussions with Pakistani Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar in Islamabad. The talks aim to explore avenues for enhancing bilateral ties across multiple sectors.
