Rise in Pakistani Student Enrollment in U.S. Institutions

Washington DC, The United States has witnessed a significant 16% increase in the enrollment of Pakistani students in its educational institutions this year, as reported by the US State Department and the Institute of International Education. This marks a 33% rise in the number of Pakistani students in the U.S. over the last two years.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Pakistan’s Ambassador to the U.S., Masood Khan, has welcomed this trend, noting the encouraging rise in the number of Pakistani students in American universities. Ambassador Khan expressed confidence that this number would double in the next three years. He highlighted that the diverse presence of Pakistani male and female students from various regions of the country in U.S. universities not only reflects the close educational ties between Pakistan and the U.S. but also promises to further strengthen bilateral relations in the future.
