Revolutionary Educational Initiatives Announced for Tribal Areas in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa


Peshawar, Ainullah, Managing Director of the Merged Areas Education Foundation, has announced a series of transformative educational measures aimed at boosting literacy and educational access in the tribal districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The foundation’s efforts are concentrated on bringing out-of-school children back into the educational system and providing quality education right in their communities.



According to Directorate General Information and PRs – Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, during a briefing about the foundation’s ongoing and upcoming programs, Ainullah outlined the expansion plans which include the establishment of new educational institutions and the upgrade of existing facilities to higher education levels in tribal areas.



The briefing, attended by Deputy Managing Director Dr. Shaukat Hayat, emphasized the foundation’s current achievements and future goals, which include increasing the number of community schools and introducing modern training programs to align with developmental needs. The foundation currently oversees programs that involve 27,293 students and 639 teachers, with plans to establish 25 more schools under a new initiative that will also offer scholarships to children.
