Repatriation of Illegal Foreign Nationals in Pakistan Continues with Dignity

Islamabad, The ongoing repatriation of illegal foreign nationals, including Afghan citizens, is proceeding in a dignified and safe manner in Pakistan. This initiative is part of the country’s efforts to manage the presence of foreign nationals within its borders.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, transit camps equipped with necessary facilities have been established in various districts to provide temporary accommodation for Afghans awaiting repatriation. On the previous day, 1,493 illegal Afghan nationals were returned to Afghanistan, bringing the total number of repatriated individuals to 256,268. This process underscores Pakistan’s commitment to handling the situation of illegal foreign nationals with respect and care, ensuring their safe return to their home country.
