Islamabad, Federal Minister for Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony, Chaudhry Salik Hussain, commemorated Youm-e-Takbeer by reaffirming the nation’s resolve to defend its territory, describing the day as one of profound national pride.
According to Press Information Department, in his address, Minister Hussain praised the contributions of the scientists, engineers, and technicians who were instrumental in making Pakistan a nuclear power, thereby altering the regional balance of power. He highlighted that Pakistan’s nuclear tests fortified the nation, dispelling any potential threats from adversaries. Hussain called on Pakistanis to celebrate Youm-e-Takbeer with fervor, reflecting on the enduring commitment to national security and the safeguarding of Pakistan’s borders.
