Islamabad, Senior leader of the All Parties Hurriyat Conference-AJK, Muhammad Farooq Rehmani, expressed his condemnation of Israel’s actions in Gaza and West Bank, notably the bombing of Al Ahle Baptist Hospital in Gaza. According to the statement released from Islamabad, Rehmani described the incident where many local families had sought shelter, and patients were under care. He criticized Israel for their actions, emphasizing their violation of UN humanitarian laws.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Rehmani also mentioned the US’s veto against a humanitarian resolution before a majority voted for a cease-fire in the region. He further expressed disappointment in Arab nations for their inability to deter Israel. The senior leader ended by urging global organizations like the UN and OIC to reconsider their approach to the situation or be replaced by entities capable of responding to such humanitarian crises.
