Lahore, July 19, 2022 (PPI-OT):DPO Rajanpur Ahmad Mohiuddin said that as a result of ongoing police crackdown in Katchha area, 03 dacoits surrendered. As the crackdown on dacoits continued, the police successfully arrested three dacoits belonging to the notorious Umrani gang of Katchha.
Pandhi Umrani, Pannu Umrani and Maula Bakhsh Umrani are among the arrested dacoits and were wanted by the police in serious cases like terrorism, kidnapping for ransom and police encounter. DPO Rajanpur said that the dacoits will be bound by the law in every case and the rule of law will be established by clearing the Katchha areas of dacoits.
