Rainfall Eases Heatwave Conditions in Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir

Srinagar: Recent rainfall across Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir has provided a much-needed reprieve from the severe heatwave affecting the region.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the Meteorological Department (MeT) has reported light to moderate rainfall in several areas, including Srinagar, Qazigund, Pahalgam, Kupwara, Gulmarg, Jammu, and Bhaderwah. The MeT anticipates this pattern to persist, with intermittent showers forecasted to continue in the coming days.
