New Delhi, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has accused Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi of promoting corruption and running what he calls a “school of corruption.” In a recent statement, Gandhi criticized Modi’s approach to corruption, suggesting that the Prime Minister is teaching detailed courses on the subject.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Rahul Gandhi described how Modi is encouraging corrupt leaders and using his influence to promote corruption in various forms. He stated that Modi is teaching every chapter in detail, including a “Donation Scam,” under the topic of “Science of Corruption.”
Gandhi outlined the methods used by the Modi government to facilitate corruption, pointing out that donations are distributed through raids, contracts are given in exchange for donations, and corrupt leaders are given a “clean chit” through what he termed “washing machines.” He also noted that government agencies are being turned into recovery agents, leading to a scenario he likened to a game of “bull and jail.”
Furthermore, Gandhi claimed that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has become a safe haven for corrupt individuals, making this “crash course” on corruption mandatory for its leaders at the expense of ordinary citizens. He indicated that the “INDIA” coalition government would take steps to shut down this “school of corruption” and end this course of corrupt practices permanently.
These statements reflect ongoing political tensions in India and underscore the opposition’s focus on combating corruption in government and political parties. The Congress party’s critique of Modi’s leadership indicates their intent to push back against what they perceive as institutionalized corruption.
