Quetta Initiates Issuance of Local and Domicile Certificates, Ensures Merit-Based Distribution

Quetta: In a significant administrative move, the Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) Quetta, Waqar Ahmed Kakar, announced the commencement of the issuance of local and domicile certificates to the citizens of Quetta, emphasizing a no-tolerance policy towards negligence in the process.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, Waqar Ahmed Kakar discussed these developments during meetings with various delegations. He highlighted the spiritual and moral responsibility bestowed upon his team to address the issues faced by the citizens with sincerity and dedication. Kakar stressed the importance of empathy and hard work among his staff, likening them to soldiers at the frontline of public service. He asserted that the performance improvement directives from the provincial government and clear instructions from the DC Quetta have led to a merit-based system that has eradicated the practices of issuing bogus certificates, much to the citizens’ delight.

Kakar’s statements reflect a broader commitment by local government to enhance service delivery and ensure transparency in administrative processes, thereby fostering a sense of trust and well-being among the residents of Quetta.
