Quetta, In a landmark event, the first batch of 100 female rescuers from Sindh province celebrated their graduation in a ceremony attended by key health and emergency services officials from both Balochistan and Punjab.
According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, the ceremony saw the participation of Provincial Health Minister Sardar Faisal Khan Jamali, Secretary Health Muhammad Saleh Baloch, along with Senior Minister for Health and Rehabilitation from Punjab, Khawaja Salman Rafiq, and other distinguished guests including Secretary Emergency Services Department Punjab Dr. Rizwan Naseer and DG Rescue Sindh Dr. Jalaluddin Sheikh.
This initiative marks a significant step in enhancing the capabilities of emergency services in Sindh and promoting gender equality within the sector. The event not only highlighted the achievements of these new rescuers but also the collaborative efforts between provincial health and emergency services to bolster public safety and health responses across provincial lines.
