Quetta: The Regional Meteorological Center Balochistan has issued a detailed weather forecast for the coming days, highlighting cold and dry conditions in the northern parts of the province, with potential light to moderate rain or thundershowers expected in several coastal and central districts.
According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, while northern areas like Kalat and Quetta will experience cooler temperatures, regions such as Sibi and Naseerabad are expected to remain dry. Conversely, areas including Lasbela, Gwadar, Jiwani, Pasni, Panjgur, Kech, Khuzdar, and Awaran may see some precipitation. The weather is anticipated to be mostly hot and dry across most districts on Thursday.
Temperature recordings over the last 24 hours show a range with Kalat experiencing the lowest night temperature at 7.0 degrees Celsius and Lasbela reaching a high of 38.0 degrees Celsius during the day. This variance underscores the diverse climatic conditions across Balochistan, affecting local lifestyles and agricultural activities.
