Punjab Public Service Commission Launches Tender for IT Equipment Supply

Lahore: The Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) has issued a tender for the procurement and installation of various IT equipment at its headquarters at LDA Plaza, Egerton Road. The tender notice outlines the need for desktop computers, printers, and security software among other items, aiming to enhance the technological infrastructure of the Commission.

According to Public Service Commission Punjab, the tender, labeled as Notice No. 05/2024-25, seeks bids from qualified and registered firms to supply a total of 48 items including desktop computers with Windows 11, medium duty printers, and Microsoft Office 2021 licenses. The estimated cost for these items totals over Rs. 11 crore. Bids are required to include a 2% security deposit based on the total bid price.

The procurement will follow the Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure as stipulated in the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders are required to submit their proposals online through the E-PAD system by October 1, 2024, with the opening of bids scheduled on the same day. The successful bidder will be tasked with delivering and installing the equipment at the designated address following the issuance of a purchase order.
