Karachi, The Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) in Lahore has announced an invitation for sealed tenders from reputable, tax-registered firms for the provision of furniture items. The tender process will be conducted report by a Single Stage (Two Envelope Procedure) under the PPRA Rules-2014.

According to Public Service Commission Punjab, the closing and opening dates for the bids are scheduled for January 8, 2024, with the receiving time set at 11:00 A.M. and opening time at 12:15 P.M. A bid security amounting to 2% of the estimated cost is required, along with a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1000 in favor of the Secretary of PPSC Lahore.

The successful bidder will be obligated to complete and provide the furniture items within a specified timeframe after the issuance of a Purchase Order at the consignee address. Bids must include rates both with and without the Goods and Services Tax (GST), though GST will be charged separately. The furniture items are to be supplied and delivered to the PPSC Head Office located on the 3rd Floor and Mezzanine Floor, LDA Plaza, 7-Egerton Road, Lahore.

The PPSC reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any stage before the acceptance of a bid or proposal, in accordance with PPRARules 35(1) and (2). Interested bidders can obtain the bidding documents from the office of the undersigned, subject to the payment of the cost of printing and the tender fee.
