Punjab Police’s shooter won bronze medal in Sindh Police’s Extreme Handgun Shooting Championship


Lahore, September 11, 2023 (PPI-OT): Inspector General Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar has congratulated Mianwali Head Constable Muhammad Iftikhar Khan for winning bronze medal in the first Extreme Handgun Shooting Championship organized by Sindh Police in Karachi. According to the details, 146 shooters from different organizations participated in the shooting championship organized by Sindh Police in Karachi. 07 players were included in the Punjab Police Shooting Team. Mianwali Head Constable Muhammad Iftikhar Khan won the bronze medal in the Handgun Shooting Championship. The players of Punjab Police showed excellent overall performance and secured the bronze medal for Punjab Police in the first Extreme Handgun Shooting Championship.



IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar while appreciating the performance of the bronze medal winning player said that all the players should participate in the upcoming competitions with full preparation. IG Punjab further said that the Director General of Pakistan Police Sports Board should ensure timely measures for better training and to solve the problems of the players.
