Lahore, August 31, 2023 (PPI-OT): The players of Punjab Police Boxing Team have secured the third position with 08 medals in the 6th National Kickboxing Championship. 22 players of Pakistan Police participated in the 6th Pakistan Kickboxing Championship held from 25 to 27 August. And got 04 bronze medals, gold medals constable Sohail Ahmed, Muhammad Abbas while Siraj Ahmed and Nimatullah got silver medals similarly Constable Nauman, Ali Khan, Saifullah and Hamdullah got bronze medals.

IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar congratulated all the athletes who won the medals. He also appreciated the performance of Director General Pakistan Police Sports Board Riaz Nazir Gada and Chief Sports Officer Athar Ismail. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar ordered the players to continue practicing hard to continue their best performance. The IG Punjab directed that the police players should continue their best performance and the supervisory officers should leave no stone unturned to provide them with all possible facilities.
