Punjab Police Officer Excels in CSS Exam, Gains Esteem


Lahore: Another officer from the Punjab Police has achieved a significant milestone, bringing recognition to both the department and the region. Sub-Inspector Bilal Shahid has successfully passed the Central Superior Services (CSS) examination, a testament to his dedication and skill.



Inspector General of Police Punjab, Dr. Usman Anwar, met with Sub-Inspector Shahid to commend his success. During their meeting, Dr. Anwar extended congratulations to Shahid’s family, acknowledging the collective effort behind his achievement.



According to a spokesperson for the Punjab Police, Bilal Shahid has been selected for the Inland Services Group. He has been serving with the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) Punjab since joining the police force as a Sub-Inspector in 2018.



Dr. Anwar expressed that Shahid’s accomplishment is a source of pride for the department. He urged Shahid to approach his future training with diligence and to serve citizens innovatively, emphasizing professional responsibilities.



The Inspector General highlighted the importance of using authority and skills for national progress. He stated that Shahid’s connection to the Police Department is a lasting one, and the force takes pride in his achievements.
