Punjab Police Honors Retiring Private Secretary Jameel Butt with Ceremony

Lahore, Jameel Butt, a dedicated Private Secretary in the Punjab Police, has retired upon completing his departmental service. In recognition of his years of service, Inspector General of Punjab Police, Dr. Usman Anwar, presented him with an honorary shield during a retirement ceremony held at the Central Police Office.

According to Punjab Police, the ceremony was a heartfelt event, attended by Butt’s family members and children, highlighting the personal and professional respect he garnered throughout his career. Jameel Butt’s tenure included roles as Private Secretary to the CCPO Lahore and various Inspectors General of Police Punjab. At the time of his retirement, he was serving with the DIG Headquarters Punjab at the Central Police Office.
