Punjab Police Arrest Wanted Murder Fugitive in Italy After 17 Years

Gujranwala, The Punjab Police, under the direction of Inspector General Police Dr. Usman Anwar, has successfully apprehended a dangerous proclaimed offender, Abrar Hussain, wanted in a double murder case from 2006.

According to Punjab Police, Hussain, who fled to South Africa and then the Netherlands after the crime in Gujranwala, was arrested in Italy following a red notice from Interpol. A team led by Inspector Khalid Warya has transported the accused back to Pakistan. This arrest marks the 129th fugitive apprehended abroad by Punjab Police this year.
