Punjab Police: Along with the protection of life and property of the citizens

Lahore, September 04, 2023 (PPI-OT): On the instructions of the Inspector General of Police Punjab, Dr. Usman Anwar, the Punjab Police is in the forefront in serving the people along with the protection of life and property of the citizens, in continuation of which, the Punjab Police Emergency Helpline 15 has become the support of the deserving citizens who express economic difficulties. has gone IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar, along with DIG Operations Waqas Nazir, while expressing his views on the police measures for the service of the people, said that the Punjab Police is engaged in all possible measures to solve the problems of deserving and poor citizens under community policing. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar said that from August 21 to September 2, the police have provided assistance to the affected families with their resources on 15 calls received from various districts including Lahore and will continue to do so. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar said that the Punjab Police will connect well-wishers and people in trouble.

IG Punjab Dr Usman Anwar said That Punjab Police has provided ration to more than 120 families across the province including Lahore, 16 in Rawalpindi, 12 in Okara, 11 in Leh, 10 in Lahore, 08 in DG Khan, 12 in Muzaffargarh and Gujranwala. The police provided essential items to the families from their own resources. In Begum Kot, Lahore, the affected family was provided with ration from their personal pocket by the outpost in-charge, DIG Operations Punjab Waqas Nazir said that the civil society is requested to contact the police to help the poor and deserving citizens. Along with the crimes, the service will also contribute to this work of humanity.
