Lahore: In celebration of Pakistan’s Independence Day, the Punjab Food Department organized a Freedom Walk, led by Secretary Food Punjab Moazzam Iqbal Sipra, to reiterate the commitment to the nation’s founding principles and aspirations for progress.
According to Punjab Food Department, the event featured a procession from the Food Secretariat to Ferozpur Road, with participants proudly waving flags and voicing support for Kashmiris and Palestinians. Secretary Sipra highlighted the sacrifices of Pakistan’s forebears and the visionary leadership of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and Allama Iqbal, urging a renewed focus on their teachings to propel the nation toward greater advancement.
The walk was attended by a broad section of the department’s personnel, including Additional Secretary Admin, Deputy Secretaries, and other employees, underscoring a collective dedication to national development and solidarity.
