Punjab Chief Minister Praises ASP Syeda Shahr Bano Naqvi for Bravery

Lahore, In a commendable display of recognition, Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif met with Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Syeda Shahr Bano Naqvi at the Chief Minister’s Office, where she expressed profound appreciation for the officer’s courage and bravery.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Punjab, during the meeting on March 7, Chief Minister Sharif lauded ASP Naqvi for her valorous actions in the Achhra incident, embracing and commending the officer for her exemplary conduct. Describing ASP Naqvi as a role model for young officers, Chief Minister Sharif underscored the importance of courage and dedication in public service.

Further illustrating her commitment to societal welfare, Chief Minister Sharif announced forthcoming visits to protection and Mitsaq centers, emphasizing the protection of vulnerable sections of society as a top priority. ASP Naqvi shared her initiatives regarding animal rescue centers in minority communities, transgenders in Lahore, Gujranwala, and Rawalpindi, highlighting a broad scope of compassionate outreach.

The meeting, also attended by Senior Provincial Minister Maryam Aurangzeb, IG Punjab Police, CCPO Lahore, SSP Law and Order, underscored the government’s support for law enforcement officers who demonstrate outstanding service and dedication to community welfare.
