Public Service Commission Punjab Announces Examination Schedule for Various Positions

Lahore: The Public Service Commission of Punjab has released the schedule for upcoming examinations for multiple positions across various departments, slated for September 7 and 8, 2024. The examinations are set to fill positions ranging from Audit Officer to Excise and Taxation Inspector, with significant applicant turnout expected.

According to Public Service Commission Punjab, the examinations will encompass a wide array of roles including those in the finance departments, public libraries, and excise and taxation departments. Notably, the exams for positions such as Audit Officers and Enforcement Officers in the Punjab Revenue Authority will see over a thousand candidates each vying for spots. Meanwhile, the role of Excise and Taxation Inspector across various regions will collectively attract thousands of candidates, highlighting the competitive nature of these government positions.

The exams are structured to be conducted in multiple sessions over the two days, with the majority being multiple-choice questions (MCQs). These tests are critical in the selection process for candidates seeking public service positions in the Punjab region. The testing venues are distributed throughout the province to accommodate the high number of participants and to facilitate access for all applicants.
