According to Ministry of Energy, Minister Syed Nasir Hussain Shah emphasized the urgency of releasing withheld funds previously promised by the Federation for the construction of houses and other infrastructure for flood victims. He requested Chairman Bilawal Bhutto to advocate for the quick release of these funds. The Minister underscored the significance of these funds in rehabilitating the flood-affected populations.
