Jammu, February 19, 2023 (PPI-OT):In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party (JKNPP) activists led by former minister Harsh Dev Singh held a protest at Choka Nala on Mantalai road against the anti-people policies of the BJP’s puppet regime.
The protesters raised slogans against the Public Health Engineering (PHE) Department for depriving them of drinking water in the rural belt. He also cautioned the authorities to refrain from evicting the poor and landless farmers from their marginal land holdings which were their only source of survival and livelihood. The protest was joined by hundreds of women, children, old and young from village Kossar, Choka Nala, Banek and adjacent localities which resulted in disruption of vehicular traffic.
