Properties of Two Kashmiris Attached in Baramulla by Local Authorities

Srinagar, In a recent development in Baramulla district, properties belonging to two Kashmiri civilians have been attached by local authorities. This action is part of ongoing legal and administrative measures in the region.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the properties were attached following an order from the Sub Judge of Uri. The attached assets include land totaling three Kanals and 19 Marlas, reportedly worth millions. The individuals affected, Jalal ud Din son of Raj Muhammad from Zamboor Pattan and Mohd Saki son of Mastana Bhatti from Kamalkote Uri, are currently residing in Pakistan.

The move by Baramulla’s authorities highlights the continuing legal actions impacting residents of the area, both within and outside Indian-administered Jammu and Kashmir.
