Islamabad, Minister for Privatization Abdul Aleem Khan has pledged to maintain transparency in the privatization process of state-owned enterprises. He made this commitment while speaking at the 16th Presidents Conference of Chambers of Commerce and Industry in Rawalpindi.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Minister Khan emphasized that the government is focused on facilitating the business community and improving the ease of doing business. He noted that PIA, the national airline, is a priority on the list of twenty-four entities slated for privatization, with significant interest already expressed by major business groups.
