Islamabad, In a compassionate outreach, Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif embarked on a day-long journey to Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK), aimed at meeting with the individuals adversely affected by recent rain and snowfall in the area.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Prime Minister Azad Kashmir Chaudhry Anwar-ul-Haq extended a heartfelt reception to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif upon his arrival at the helipad. The visit underscores the government’s commitment to directly engage with and provide immediate assistance to the disaster-stricken residents of AJK.
During his time in Muzaffarabad, the Prime Minister’s agenda includes detailed interactions with those impacted by the inclement weather conditions. Furthermore, he is scheduled to distribute relief cheques, offering tangible support to the affected families, demonstrating the government’s resolve in alleviating the hardships faced by the citizens of AJK.
