Islamabad: Prime Minister of Pakistan called for a renewed global commitment to peace, tolerance, and dialogue in his message on the occasion of the International Day of Peace. He emphasized Pakistan’s belief in fostering regional and global stability through dialogue and peaceful resolution of conflicts.
According to Press Information Department, the Prime Minister highlighted the importance of resolving longstanding disputes, particularly the Jammu and Kashmir issue, through an impartial plebiscite in accordance with United Nations Security Council resolutions. He also expressed concern over the situation in Palestine, urging the global community to work towards a peaceful settlement based on UN resolutions. The Prime Minister reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to collaborating with the international community to build a more peaceful and inclusive future for generations to come.
