Prime Minister Thanks Coalition Allies for Support on Constitutional Amendment

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif expressed gratitude to coalition parties for their support of the 27th Constitutional Amendment. Speaking at a banquet at the Prime Minister House in Islamabad, he acknowledged the cooperation of President Asif Ali Zardari, coalition leaders, and Senators.

The amendment aims to strengthen the federation, promote inter-provincial harmony, and improve governance. The Prime Minister noted that these goals serve the broader interests of the nation, and he appreciated the alignment of coalition parties with this vision.
