Islamabad, In a significant move to enhance governmental efficiency, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has announced his decision to conduct daily reviews of Pakistan’s Task Management System (TMS), a modern software tool designed to monitor and evaluate the progress of directives issued to Federal Ministries.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, during a meeting held in Islamabad today, Prime Minister Sharif directed the secretaries and heads of all Federal Ministries and departments to actively engage with the TMS. He underscored the importance of this system, which aligns with international standards, in ensuring that governmental tasks are executed promptly and effectively.
The Prime Minister was also briefed on the development of a mobile application for the TMS, which aims to facilitate easier access and use by government officials, thereby promoting transparency and accountability in the administration.
