Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has declared the Pak-China friendship as crucial not only for both nations but also for regional and global stability and development.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the remarks came during a meeting with Chinese Ambassador Jiang Zaidong in Islamabad, where Prime Minister Sharif emphasized China’s unwavering support for Pakistan during challenging times. He praised the Chinese leadership for its commitment to continuously enhancing the strategic relationship between the two countries and for the developments within the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).
Furthermore, Prime Minister Sharif expressed a strong interest in expanding collaboration with China across various cutting-edge sectors, including information technology, artificial intelligence, and modern agriculture, underlining the potential benefits of such cooperation for Pakistan’s economic and technological advancement.
