Islamabad, Addressing the urgent need to combat climate change effects, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has mandated the creation of a specialized committee to devise a robust strategy addressing its multifaceted impacts. The directive came during a meeting in Lahore focused on the Ministry of Climate Change’s ongoing efforts and future plans.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the meeting saw Prime Minister Sharif emphasizing the intricate connection between climate change and vital sectors like agriculture, power, water, and infrastructure.
