Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has issued strong condemnations for two separate terrorist incidents in Pakistan, one in the Malam Jabba area of Swat and another involving Anti-Terrorism Force personnel in Zhob. The attacks, which resulted in the death of several police officers, have sparked national outrage and a reaffirmed commitment from the government to combat terrorism.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Prime Minister Sharif honored the police personnel killed in these attacks, praying for their martyrdom to be elevated in heaven and extending his deepest condolences to their families. He also wished a speedy recovery for those injured and has directed that all necessary medical assistance be provided.
In his statements, Prime Minister Sharif emphasized that these “cowardly acts” would not deter the nation’s resolve to eradicate terrorism.
