Shenzhen, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has arrived in Shenzhen, marking the start of a significant five-day visit to China aimed at strengthening business ties and advancing technological cooperation. His visit begins with participation in the China-Pakistan Business Forum, a critical platform under the second phase of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), which promises to enhance collaboration between businesses from both nations.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, during the forum, Prime Minister Sharif is scheduled to meet executives from leading Chinese high-tech firms. These meetings are expected to focus on new partnerships and investments in various sectors, reinforcing the strategic economic bonds between the two countries.
Additionally, the Prime Minister’s itinerary includes visits to key sites in Shenzhen, such as the Nanshan One Window service center, which simplifies business and administrative procedures, the Shenzhen Museum, and the headquarters of Huawei. These visits underscore the importance of technological and cultural exchange in the growing relationship between Pakistan and China.
