Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has publicly commended the officers and officials of the security forces for their successful execution of counter-terrorism operations across three locations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, resulting in the elimination of five terrorists. The operations underline the government’s ongoing commitment to combatting terrorism within the nation.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, during these operations, a police constable named Abrar Hussain from Swabi was martyred in Mohmand. The Prime Minister honored Constable Hussain’s bravery and sacrifice and extended his condolences to the bereaved family, praying for their comfort and resilience in this difficult time.
Prime Minister Sharif emphasized that these coordinated efforts by the security forces showcase their resolve and capability to track down and neutralize terrorist threats, ensuring the safety of the homeland. He also reaffirmed the nation’s unwavering support for its security personnel until terrorism is wholly eradicated from Pakistan.
