Prime Minister Offers Condolences to Families of Prominent Leaders


Sialkot: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif visited the residence of the late Professor Sajid Mir, Amir-e-Jamiat Ahl-e-Hadith, to offer condolences following his demise. During his visit, the Prime Minister expressed his sympathies to the bereaved family and prayed for the departed soul.



Professor Sajid Mir was recognized as a significant political figure and religious scholar in Pakistan. In his statement, Prime Minister Sharif noted that Mir’s passing has left a void in the country’s political landscape. He highlighted Mir’s consistent efforts against extremism and sectarianism, describing them as a notable part of his political and religious contributions.



Additionally, the Prime Minister visited the residence of the late Chaudhry Arshad Warraich, a former Provincial Assembly Member and PML-N leader, to extend his condolences to the family. He also offered prayers for Warraich’s soul.



Both visits underscore the Prime Minister’s commitment to acknowledging the contributions of influential leaders in Pakistan’s political and religious spheres.
