Lahore: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif engaged in discussions with several public representatives in Lahore today, focusing on the country’s financial landscape and political climate. Among those who met with the Prime Minister were Minister of State for Finance Ali Pervaiz Malik and prominent lawmakers from both national and provincial assemblies.
According to a statement by Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the meeting with Ali Pervaiz Malik centered on issues related to finance and revenue. Both parties exchanged perspectives on the broader political situation in the country as well.
Throughout the day, the Prime Minister also held talks with Member National Assembly Abdul Ghaffar Watto, Member Punjab Assembly Fida Hussain, and Muhammad Usman Awasi, another Member of the National Assembly. The discussions included topics relevant to their respective constituencies and the nation’s political environment.
Former Federal Minister Khawaja Saad Rafiq and Chairman of the Prime Minister’s Youth Program Rana Mashhood Khen were also among those who met with Prime Minister Sharif. Discussions with these officials addressed similar themes of constituency matters and political issues.
In addition, former Deputy Mayor of Lahore Nazir Khan Swati called on Prime Minister Sharif, further contributing to the day’s dialogue on political matters.
