BAKU: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif arrived in Azerbaijan to take part in the Pakistan-Turkiye-Azerbaijan Trilateral Summit. The summit will also feature participation from President of Turkiye Recep Tayyip Erdogan and President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
The Prime Minister is not attending the summit alone. He is accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar, and Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Tariq Fatemi.
In addition to his role in the trilateral discussions, Prime Minister Sharif will engage in a bilateral meeting with President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan. The meeting is expected to address topics of mutual interest and strengthen ties between the two nations.
The Trilateral Summit serves as a platform for the leaders of Pakistan, Turkiye, and Azerbaijan to discuss regional cooperation and partnerships. The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting provided details about the Prime Minister’s visit and participation in the summit.
