Prime Minister and Bosnian Leader Exchange Eid Greetings, Pledge Stronger Ties


Islamabad: In a telephone conversation held today, the Prime Minister extended his Eid-ul-Fitr greetings to H.E. Dr. Denis Becirovic, a member of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Presidency. The Prime Minister expressed his good wishes to the people of Bosnia and Herzegovina, wishing them peace, progress, and prosperity.



The Bosnian leader reciprocated the sentiments, acknowledging the importance of the occasion. During the conversation, the Prime Minister highlighted Pakistan’s commitment to its longstanding and fraternal relations with Bosnia and Herzegovina.



Both leaders underscored the value of enhancing bilateral ties, focusing on areas such as trade, culture, and people-to-people exchanges. They agreed on the necessity of maintaining regular dialogue and cooperation to further these objectives.



The Prime Minister reiterated his invitation for an official visit from the Bosnian Member of Presidency, which was graciously accepted. In return, the Bosnian leader invited the Prime Minister to visit Bosnia, underscoring the mutual commitment to strengthening diplomatic relations.
