Islamabad: President Asif Ali Zardari of Pakistan is scheduled to visit Turkmenistan to participate in the International Forum titled “Interrelation of Times and Civilizations – Basis of Peace and Development,” set to take place in Ashgabat on October 10-11, 2024. The event coincides with the 300th birth anniversary of Magtymguly Faragi, the esteemed Turkmen poet and philosopher.
According to Ministry of Foreign Affairs, during the Forum, President Zardari plans to emphasize the foundational values of peace, unity, and development as essential for the region’s prosperity. Additionally, he will engage in bilateral discussions with Turkmen leaders, aiming to strengthen diplomatic ties and cooperation between the two countries.
