Islamabad, The new Federal Cabinet of Pakistan, comprising nineteen members, was sworn in on Monday in a formal ceremony in the nation’s capital. The cabinet includes a range of veteran politicians and new faces, tasked with governing the country under the leadership of President Asif Ali Zardari.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the ceremony was presided over by President Asif Ali Zardari, who administered the oath to the cabinet members. The cabinet includes eighteen federal ministers: Ahsan Iqbal, Azam Nazir Tarar, Engineer Amir Muqam, Ataullah Tarar, Qaisar Ahmed Sheikh, Khawaja Muhammad Asif, Rana Tanvir Hussain, Ishaq Dar, Chaudhry Salik Hussain, Mohsin Naqvi, Jam Kamal, Awais Leghari, Mian Riaz Hussain Pirzada, Muhammad Aurangzeb, Ahad Cheema, Abdul Aleem Khan, Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, and Musadik Malik. Additionally, Shaza Fatima Khawaja was sworn in as the Minister of State.
